Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Looker Administrator to manage and upgrade enterprise Looker platforms. You will lead migrations, model LookML, and deploy changes via GitHub, while ensuring security and governance across Snowflake and Teradata environments.

You will optimize performance, manage user provisioning, and author runbooks for knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams in a dynamic BI environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on admin experience with enterprise self-hosted Looker platforms.
• Proficient in managing cloud infrastructure via AWS EC2.
• LookML modeling, version control, and GitHub deployment workflows.
• Experience validating migrations and executing complex SQL: Snowflake, Teradata.
• Experience with user provisioning, entitlement governance, and Looker APIs.
• Troubleshooting BI performance bottlenecks and Redis caching.
• Strong communication to lead runbooks and educate teams.

Responsibilities

• 4 or more years of hands‑on experience administering and upgrading enterprise self‑hosted Looker platforms.
• Proficiency in managing and modernizing cloud computing infrastructure utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 instances.
• Experience with LookML modeling, version control, and deploying development‑to‑production workflows via GitHub.
• Experience in validating database migrations and executing complex SQL queries across Snowflake and Teradata environments.
• Experience with administering user provisioning, entitlement governance, Azure AD integrations, and Looker APIs.
• Experience in troubleshooting enterprise‑scale business intelligence performance bottlenecks and configuring Redis caching.
• Excellent communication skills to lead technical runbook authoring and educate cross‑functional team members on platform best practices.

Responsibilities
