Avenues Recovery Center in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support daily residential operations, oversee intake, supervision, and client activities, and help maintain a safe recovery environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do
