Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide one-on-one interventions in school, home, and community settings in Chester County. Earn up to $26/hour with flexible schedules and weekly payments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, RBT 40-hour training, and Safety Care training, plus required clearances and health documentation. Opportunities to grow within a large referral network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience required.
• RBT training 40 hours required.
• Safety Care training required.
• Clearances FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126) and Criminal must be passed.
• Health documents including physical, TB test, CPR and First Aid Level 2Certification must be provided.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
• Follow plan by BCBA
