Job description

$25 per hour and up for Licensed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for rewarding opportunities in the Aston PA area. School Hours 8:00 am- 3:30 pm.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTON OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a RBT, you will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school, home and classroom settings. You will:

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To qualify, you must meet the following educational and experience requirements: Please note that we have a credentialing specialist that can assist you with any of the below-mentioned credentials, if needed!

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience
• RBT Certificate Letter
• RBT training 40 hours
• Safety Care Trained

Additionally, candidates must:

• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
