Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking motivated BHT/RBT professionals to support students in the Norristown area. You will work with children ages 3-21 with behavioral challenges in various school settings, including intermediate units, public, private, and charter schools.

Hours run Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, monitoring mood/behavior, and writing daily progress notes while promoting inclusive, goal-oriented support for students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or autism.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical exam, TB skin test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.

• Work one on one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
