The position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for candidates having a year of behavioral health experience.

• Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home
• Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety
• Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges
• Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys
• Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches
