Job summary

Precision Recruiting is partnering with a growing behavioral health organization to connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities. We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients on their recovery journeys in Cincinnati.

You will work closely with the clinical team to provide a safe, structured environment, monitor safety, and assist with admissions, transportation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use experience preferred.
• CDCA preferred/required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout treatment and recovery.
• Assist with admissions, intake, orientation, and transportation.
• Monitor client safety and wellbeing.
• Complete shift reports and required documentation.
• Observe and report changes in client behavior or condition.
• Assist with de-escalation and behavioral concerns.
• Facilitate client orientation groups and meetings.
• Monitor family visits and medication pass, when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
