Mass General Brigham is seeking an IT support specialist to work with users, understand clinical and business workflows, and execute test scripts. The role involves providing end-user support for clinical applications and documenting requirements for enhancements. Certification may be required per program rules.
The position offers hourly pay and a standard 40-hour work week, with onsite work at our Somerville location.

Works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing. If applicable for specific role, must be able to obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements.
Hourly pay range $30.21 - $43.16
40 hours / week Monday - Friday
Related IT experience, ideally in healthcare IT environment 0-1 year preferred
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related Field of Study preferred
