Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support delivery operations across our markets in Texas, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

The role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and efficient warehouse processes. Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluation, inventory control, and collaboration with drivers and sales teams to meet daily targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience in warehouse operations and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team members and monitor performance.
• Train staff in loading, packing and safety procedures.
• Ensure accurate order picking and loading of delivery vehicles.
• Maintain safe work environment and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, sales reps, and district manager.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product handling.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper equipment operation.
• Monitor payroll and budget considerations.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
