Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or relevant work experience
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Proactively engage customers and provide assistance
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about events and promotions
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and store promotions
• Maintain store appearance and organization; ensure proper layout and stock levels
• Use the Point-of-Sales system for transactions and cash handling with accuracy
• Assist with inventory processes and participate in periodic counts
• Provide coaching and direction to sales associates; support the Department Manager
