Job summary

Acosta Group, through CORE Foodservice, seeks a Beverage Specialist to lead the beverage portfolio expansion, develop recipes, and create menus while supporting sales teams. You’ll engage with foodservice operators and leverage deep beverage product knowledge across 300+ SKUs to drive brand growth.

The role combines creative beverage solution development with strong sales and training responsibilities, enabling cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Seasoned (5+) years’ experience in the beverage industry as a bartender or barista.
• Creative and strategic mindset with passion for coffee and bar segments.
• Strong technical knowledge of beverage products, recipes, and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Proven sales and business development experience in foodservice or hospitality.
• Experience in menu development and recipe creation focusing on innovation.

Responsibilities

• Showcase beverage applications through Kerry Beverage products and sell to operators.
• Serve as SME across 300+ SKUs and train CORE Sales teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of barista and bartending techniques, FOH/BOH operations.
• Build relationships with key customers as a consultative resource for menus and beverage solutions.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams, balancing priorities and channels.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.
