Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in food & beverage field.
• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and manage daily pit sheets and shift changes.
• Monitor inventory and par levels; report shortages to the Manager.
• Extend payroll and complete attendance charts; sign off payroll.
• Address employee relations and ensure consistent discipline and documentation.
• Communicate with management and staff; log information in log books.
• Maintain policy compliance and information security guidelines.
