The Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor at Grand Casinos to oversee all beverage operations during your shift. You will lead a team, ensure quality, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in beverage service, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a strong knowledge of cocktails and service standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive Food & Beverage experience in a beverage service role.
• Two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Serv-Safe Certification within one year.
• Alcohol Awareness training within two months.
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Knowledge of beverage trends and best practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service, bar operations, and setup.
• Ensure beverages follow recipes, standards, presentation.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation.
• Lead and train beverage team.
• Schedule shifts for peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service to Guests.
• Prepare reports on beverage sales and inventory.
