Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a beverage services teammate responsible for stocking beverage stations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting bartenders and servers to ensure a high standard of guest service at the casino beverage areas.

The role involves setting up and tearing down bars, managing supplies, and ensuring safe, hygienic operation in accordance with Grand Casino's standards.

Qualifications

• One year of guest service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supply beverages stations and servers with glasses, straws, napkins, and related items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar work areas, tables, floors, and equipment.
• Keep QUAT sanitizer stocked and rotate per policy.
• Maintain pop dock and manage pop boxes.
• Stock all necessary beverage supplies.
• Set up, stock, and tear down all bars and self-serve stations.
• Refresh and replenish beverage stock and supplies as needed.
• Prepare fruit for garnishes.
• Receive, issue, and record liquor and supplies inventory.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, supervisors and associates to run the operation smoothly.
• Follow safety and security regulations and deliver excellent guest service.
