Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in Atlantic City is seeking a senior manager to act as the primary managerial presence for the Beverage Department, overseeing all aspects of beverage service on the casino floor and ensuring safe, professional alcohol service. Responsibilities

• Managers the shift floor and service responsibilities for the Beverage Department
• Focuses on bar operations and infrastructure of the Beverage Department
• Drives Team Member satisfaction with ongoing training and development
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Other duties as assigned.
