Position: Beverage Manager

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino is seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen understanding of beverage trends, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of the beverage department, including bars, lounges, and other beverage service areas.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards for beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
