Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Beverage Shift Supervisor to oversee all beverage service during shifts, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. You will manage bar operations, train staff, monitor inventory, and uphold health and safety standards.

The role requires beverage knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting, with evening/weekend availability being essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in progressive Food & Beverage roles with beverage expertise.
• Two years in supervisory or managerial roles in hospitality.
• Serv-Safe Certification; training provided within one year.
• Alcohol Awareness training; provided within two months.
• Must obtain a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Comply with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations, drink prep, and maintain a well-stocked area.
• Ensure beverages are prepared to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for stock levels.
• Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to the beverage team.
• Schedule shifts for coverage during peak hours and ensure service excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly.
