Job summary

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1 year experience as a barback, food busser, or hotel steward.
• Health card and Alcohol Awareness card required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly to inquiries.
• Maintains positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Assist in transporting bar units and set up in function areas.
