Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking energetic individuals to join our service team as Beverage Service Technicians. We will train you to become a Beverage Service Technician and provide the vehicle, phone, and tablet to support your work.

You will travel to respond to customer needs, deliver industry defining equipment, and uphold safety and service standards with professional communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be insurable with a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Good working knowledge of tablet, cell phone, etc.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your customers receive industry defining technical and customer service.
• Exceed expectations by listening to and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
• Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers as needed.
• Present yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed and neat appearance.
• Responsibly care for company assets (vehicles, equipment & parts).
• Maintain a good safety record.
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
• Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.

• Prior technical/mechanical work experience is a strong plus
