Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay Range: $45,000–55,000 yearly (non exempt). Flex Shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all Bartenders, Beverage Porters, Beverage Servers and Casino Area Attendants.
- Deliver informative and professional Team Talks, ensuring staff has the information they need for their shift.
- Enforce departmental dress code policies at all times, monitoring uniform, footwear, name tags and grooming.
- Ensure every bar on the beverage floor, including service bars, is stocked, clean and visibly appealing. Confirm bars open and close properly on time each day.
- Train employees in Beverage Operations, develop efficient training, break and shift schedules, and monitor business flow.
- Train staff on receiving sales slip reports and the tip declaration process.
- Monitor cleanliness of the casino floor, self‑serve stations, service bars, cash bars, liquor storage, and the south pump room, keeping the floor free of empty bottles, cups, trash and ashtrays.
- Complete and sign stock requisitions, monitor inventory levels, and communicate with the Beverage Inventory Coordinator about product status.
- Maintain knowledge of Beverage Operation’s internal functions, controls and software updates, and convey relevant changes to employees.
- Use Virtual Roster and the BOSS drinking ordering system effectively.
- Demonstrate outstanding guest service skills, acknowledge guests and engage in conversation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, keeping confidentiality when communicating with other departments.
- Track and record leave, vacation, early outs, call‑outs and special requests accurately using AS400, ensuring staff are properly clocked.
- Assist any beverage team member as needed to ensure superior guest service.
- Monitor and train staff on TSRC alcohol compliance, reporting responsible service situations to the Beverage Manager or Assistant Beverage Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required; college degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
- Previous F&B or supervisory experience required.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Money handling experience and basic math skills required.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Decision‑making ability in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
