Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Assist guests in selecting beverages and ensure satisfaction with choices.
Serve beverages accurately following procedures to ensure quality.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked beverage station and organized area.
Monitor inventory and report shortages to management promptly.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check IDs.
Collect payments and process transactions with appropriate methods.
Know liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options available.
Abide by state liquor regulations and promote responsible gaming.
Attend TIPS training and obtain certification.
Manage assigned bank, keep it secure, and ensure money accuracy.
Communicate last call clearly at closing time.
Stay in section, keep area neat, and assist guests with information on promotions.
Cut off guests professionally when necessary and maintain safety.
Perform other duties and meet guest service standards.
Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Respond to constructive criticism and follow policies.
