Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a beverage server to provide prompt and courteous beverage service to guests in a welcoming environment. You will greet patrons, explain promotions, and maintain clean service stations while following rotation schedules and POS entry procedures.

The role requires at least three months of customer service experience, the ability to read, write and communicate effectively, and to work with tact and diplomacy within casino guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guests for satisfaction.
• Ring all beverages served into the POS system.
• Follow the established rotation schedule for beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness of service station and guest areas; handle inquiries professionally.
