Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a beverage server to join our team in delivering prompt, courteous service to guests. You will greet guests, explain promotions, and ensure smooth beverage service throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include ringing beverages in the POS, maintaining clean stations, and assisting guests with questions about casino features. Occasional event support may be required; candidates must be 21+ with customer service experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have three months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Greet guests and explain all special promotions.
• Ring all beverages served into the POS system.
• Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino features, promotions, services and assistance.
• Work special events such as banquets, concerts, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and service stations.
