Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Beverage Server for its New Mexico properties. The role focuses on delivering elevated, guest-centric service with strong product knowledge and professional interaction across the floor and bar areas.

You will greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service flow while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred
• Luxury or upscale service experience preferred
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
• Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of restaurant point of sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25+ pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
• Greet guests promptly, take beverage orders and offer knowledgeable recommendations
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper delivery to guests in bar, lounge or dining areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, bar areas and guest facing spaces
• Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain knowledge of current beverage menus, specials and promotions
• Follow all safety, sanitation and alcohol compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned are consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property

• Follow all safety, sanitation and alcohol compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
• Other duties as assigned are consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
