Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Service Server to provide in-room dining with a polished presentation and friendly guest interactions. You will answer menu questions, make recommendations, and ensure responsible alcohol service with proper ID verification.

You will maintain sanitation and safety standards while delivering items to guests, handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent and NM certifications required.

• Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with basic food handling & sanitation practices.
• High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
