Creates a warm and friendly atmosphere for our Casino guest by providing fast, friendly and courteous service to our guests while taking orders and serving beverages.

• Provides friendly, professional beverage service to Casino guests.
• Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests.
• Maintains clean and stocked workstation/ lounge area.
• Handles money according to procedure.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
• Provides customers with property information on current events, promotions, and attractions.
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, Beverage manager.
• Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
• Offer Specialty cocktails from the menu to customers.
• Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients.
• Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
• Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
• Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.
• Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
• Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
• Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.

• Must be 21 years of age
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English

• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

• Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. (full cocktail tray) for extended periods of time
• Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money, garnishes), bend, stoop and twist while serving cocktails, stand and walk for long periods of time hours wearing one inch(minimum height) heels.
• Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, loud noise, bright lights
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
• Must be able to handle demands of many customers
