Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server to support the beverage department by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests. You will ensure guests receive their beverage orders efficiently while reflecting our guest service standards.

Requirements include being 21+, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong English communication, ability to obtain work cards (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness) and to verify right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related role preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
