Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Delaware seeks a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across our beer, wine and spirits portfolio. You will plan routes, present products, and help ensure shelves and promotions align with supplier brands.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in sales, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Local driving to Rehoboth area is expected; car required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes accounts to identify opportunities and ensure account compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations to customers including promotions and product placement.
• Maintains product levels by restocking where permissible.
• Educates staff on priority brands and trains on products.
