Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for Greater Spokane and Pullman, WA. You will drive up-selling, fulfillment, and merchandising while maintaining account relationships and achieving volume goals across large format customers.

Responsibilities include pre-selling promotions, arranging displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for targets/up-selling.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials and service requirements in accounts.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales within the territory.
• Install revamped beverage sections and place POS materials per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KDP brands in the beverage sections, including racks and displays.
• Assist in vendor changes in chain stores and monitor product availability and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on promotions and space allocations.
