Frank Beverage Group is seeking a Combo Sales Representative to join our team in Wisconsin. You will develop and sustain professional sales relationships while promoting and merchandising products across accounts on your route.

You will collaborate with leadership through pre-planning to meet both personal and company sales goals, covering areas like Sauk City, Elroy, and Hillsboro as needed. This role emphasizes relationship-building, in-market promotions, and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in beverages or related industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales route and plan daily activities around customer needs and sales objectives.
• Conduct regular sales calls and build strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Grow product distribution and identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
• Educate customers on products, brands, styles, programs, and industry trends.
• Enter orders, manage POS/materials, and track route goals using eoStar.
