Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation is seeking a Route Sales - Prod professional for Springville, Utah. The role involves selling beverage products to retailers and businesses, negotiating contracts, and planning marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of sales/marketing concepts used in the brewing industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should exhibit leadership and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Travel assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business.
• Lead contract negotiations, close sales, and develop marketing plans for accounts.
• Coordinate and lead sales meetings and prepare agendas.
• Rotate Admiral Beverage brands using FIFO per supplier requirements.
• Solicit new business by reviews, product demos, samples, and resources.
• Place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, or floor.
• Ensure no-out-of-stocks by ordering products as needed.
• Establish rapport with customers using professional selling approaches.
• Ensure safety equipment is worn and used as required.
• Supervise and train staff as needed in accordance with company policies.
