Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation in Springville, Utah, seeks a Route Sales - Prod professional to grow beverage sales with retail stores, restaurants, and hotels. You will travel the assigned territory, negotiate contracts, and lead marketing plans while ensuring proper inventory and POS displays.

The role requires knowledge of sales concepts in brewing, strong verbal/written skills, and leadership ability; candidate should be capable of managing customer relationships and territory growth.

Qualifications

• Position requires knowledge of sales/marketing concepts used in the brewing industry.
• Candidates must have good verbal/written skills; familiarity with delivery & sales responsibilities and territories.
• Candidate should exhibit leadership and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Travel territory to call on regular and prospective customers and solicit orders.
• Lead contract negotiations and develop marketing plans for accounts.
• Ensure safe/competent operation of route vehicle and maintenance.
• Coordinate and lead sales meetings with agendas.
• Arrange product displays and correct signage in stores.
• Construct and assemble POS display aids and coordinate product delivery calendars.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and maintains expense accounts.
• Supervise staff per company policies, including interviewing and training.
