Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Sales/Merchandising Associate to effectively sell, rotate, and merchandise our portfolio across assigned accounts. You will provide route relief for Sales Representatives and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards and industry knowledge.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and beverage industry experience; must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and be 21+. Travel is required as you visit customer accounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance required; minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Maintain industry knowledge: beer, non-alcoholic, food journals, trends and market share.
• Maintain themed programs meeting supplier and company standards.
• Submit reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, MVPs, expense reports, mileage logs."],
