Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Route Sales professional to service assigned accounts in the Kent, WA area. You will rotate and merchandise products, support Sales Representatives, and interact with internal teams and suppliers to execute plans.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel within the day to customer accounts. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact respectfully with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Maintain industry knowledge on beer, non-alcoholic products and market trends.
• Submit required reporting and surveys by due dates.
• Assist with inventory management and MVP standards.
• Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies.
