Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to drive in-store growth and brand presence in the Rancho Cucamonga area. Weekend availability and early 4am shifts are required to support route coverage and promotions.

This role involves achieving sales targets, executing promotions, maintaining product quality, and ensuring optimal shelf placement across assigned accounts. Strong communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or HS/GED with 3–5+ years in related work
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions, and coordinate displays and promos
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and aging product
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact
