Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for local routes in Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. The role starts early (4am) on weekends, pays $30/hour plus incentives, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement and vacation benefits.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing retail promotions, maintaining inventory and ensuring product freshness. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of related experience OR high school diploma with 3–5+ years in sales/food/beverage environment.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Ability to lift products and perform physically demanding tasks (25–50 lbs.; up to 175 lbs. for keg products).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives; acquire new business and maintain distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
