Watkins Distributing, LLC. is seeking a Sales Assistant to cover routes for Sales Representatives and perform store resets, merchandising, and event support.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule based on weekly needs, with early morning resets and afternoon/evening events. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork across multiple accounts.

You will travel between accounts, assist deliveries when needed, and contribute to pricing changes and POS materials.

Formación

• Prior experience in beverage sales, merchandising, resets, or delivery preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Reliable, flexible, team-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives during vacations and absences.
• Complete store resets, resetting shelves, cooler doors, and displays to planograms.
• Merchandise products to company standards and build displays.
• Set up and staff special events, representing the company professionally.
• Maintain product inventory while covering routes and communicating with store contacts.
• Assist with deliveries, including unloading and checking in product.
• Support pricing changes, promotions, and POS materials as directed.
• Maintain positive customer relationships with reliable service and issue resolution.
• Stay knowledgeable on products, pricing, and market conditions.
• Communicate route activity and event results to sales management.
