Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Tyler, Texas, is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for the Small Store route. This role covers Tyler, Chandler, and Flint areas with Monday–Friday shifts from 6:30 AM until routes are complete.

Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience, plus opportunities for performance incentives, quarterly and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
