Job summary

Northeast Sales Distributing Inc is seeking a full-time Sales Merchandiser for the Winder, GA area. The role covers merchandising at the account level, stocking, POS setup, rotation, and maintaining displays to brand standards, with routes run as needed.

You will identify inventory concerns, report competitive activity, and ensure courteous service while upholding safety guidelines. Travel and physical requirements are substantial, with advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting (occasionally 50+ pounds) and rolling beverage products over stairs, curbs, sidewalks, gravel, and in tight spaces.
• Interest in wine, beer, and spirits.
• Desire to build lasting relationships with buyers and account owners.
• Driven, results-oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, independent yet team-focused.
• Excel in unsupervised settings and deliver positive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales merchandising at the account level, including stocking, point-of-sale, rotation, and building/display maintenance.
• Identify inventory concerns and communicate them with the sales rep or District Manager.
• Ensure brand displays are high visibility and in line with display standards.
• Provide professional, courteous service at all times.
• Identify and report competitive activity to management.
• Run sales routes as needed (vacations, sick days).
• Rotate products for freshness and confirm accounts serviced to standard daily.
• Abide by company safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
