Job summary

Watkins Distributing, a family owned beverage distributor serving Idaho and Montana, is hiring Merchandisers to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets along their route to stock, display, and rotate products. You will set up displays, install signage, and handle lifting tasks across multiple locations.

This active, field-based role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with weekend availability and mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move cases 20-30 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work early mornings and weekends
• Willingness to travel between accounts as needed

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide array of beverage products safely and efficiently
• Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backstock areas
• Rotate products to meet expiration and freshness standards
• Build, maintain, and dismantle promotional displays and endcaps
• Install signage, decals, and POS materials
• Safely handle manual equipment for lifting and transporting products
• Drive company or personal vehicle between stops
• Follow directions from sales rep and merchandising supervisor
