Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B management.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of The Center Bar and assist in restaurant management.
• Monitor budgets, payroll and expenses to align with financial targets.
• Develop and coach front-of-house staff to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies; maintain professional restaurant image.
• Lead menu planning, pricing and collaboration with kitchen teams for specials and events.
