Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in R&D/Product Development; beverage/coffee/tea experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labeling and FDA/regulatory requirements beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization and improvements.
• Oversee multiple R&D projects and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and test new products, flavors, processes, ingredients, and technologies.
• Support plant operations with process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, lab notebooks, and provide reports.
