Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Oversee multiple R&D projects to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and test new products, flavors, ingredients, and technologies.
• Support plant operations in process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Maintain lab notebooks, documentation, and report generation.
