Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and 3-5 years’ experience in R&D/Product Development, with beverage and coffee/tea experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization and improvements according to business needs.
• Oversee multiple R&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and test new products, flavors, processes, ingredients, and technologies.
• Support manufacturing plant operations in process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, lab notebooks, and provide reports; support specification development.
• Stay ahead of beverage trends to suggest innovative products for the company.
• Provide technical input for manufacturing including QA testing parameters and shelf-life monitoring.
• Assist in brainstorming and ideation for new products.
