Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC in Houston is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to join our beverage production team. You will perform daily quality tests, inspect equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is essential; Spanish is a plus. Training and a structured benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in food/beverage QA preferred.
• HACCP training preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office for reporting/record keeping.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing procedures and compare results to product specs.
• Monitor sanitation and ensure GMP compliance during operations.
• Maintain quality programs and correct deficiencies as needed.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections on equipment daily.
• Audit control points and document corrective actions.
• Track and record wastewater management for compliance.
• Keep inspection records and forms up to date.
• Uphold a clean, organized work space and assist with other duties.
