Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Packaging Associate to operate on packaging lines, produce liquid and powdered beverage concentrates, and maintain GMP-compliant cleanliness. The role involves handling samples, coding checks, FIFO material rotation, and record-keeping across a fast-paced production floor in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities include operating filling and packaging machines (training provided), performing basic preventive maintenance, and ensuring accurate labeling and cleaning logs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with continuous, repetitive upper-body motion.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate written records.
• Willingness to learn and operate new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pack and stack finished products (6 half-gallon bottles per case at ~3 cases per minute).
• Operate filling and packaging machines as required (training provided).
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, including daily greasing and lubrication.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning, preventive maintenance, and labeling.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-output environment with continuous repetitive tasks.
