Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift in Houston, TX. The role supports the Food Safety and Quality program, performs daily production inspections, and ensures adherence to GMPs and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in the food/beverage sector, with HACCP training preferred. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in food/beverage QA or lab preferred.
• HACCP training preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.

Mansioni

• Follows quality testing procedures and ensures product specs are met.
• Monitors sanitation and quality programs during operations.
• Performs pre-operational inspections to ensure sanitation.
• Audits process controls and corrects deficiencies.
• Maintains and documents audits, test results and inspections daily.
• Keeps workspace clean and organized.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.
