Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking an Overnight Sanitation Technician in Houston, TX to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety across our beverage manufacturing facilities. You will follow SOPs, handle chemicals per SDS, and coordinate with production on sanitation needs while supporting regulatory compliance and product quality.

The role offers a night shift from 9PM to 5:30AM, a full-time schedule, and benefits including a new hire bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in food or beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and upper management.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all production equipment, tanks and facility as needed throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
• Performs sanitation process by following the standard operating procedures.
• Handle all chemicals in accordance with the SDS sheet, while following all GMPs and safety standards.
• Communicates with the production team on what sanitation needs they may have throughout production.
• Review daily pre-op sheet to see where swab failures/non-conformances were identified.
• Inventory chemicals once a week and provide order list to Quality Control Manager.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.]
