Döhler is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician to perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of beverage components and blends, ensuring quality and food safety standards. The role includes calibration, sensory testing, and documentation in SAP/ERP systems.

You will work closely with production personnel in a fast-paced, globally connected environment, maintaining a clean, organized lab and supporting customer complaint investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in science-related field
• 2+ years’ experience in laboratory environment
• Bachelor’s degree in science-related field
• SAP knowledge preferred

Responsabilités

• Verify lab equipment calibrations daily or weekly
• Conduct physical and chemical analyses (brix, moisture, acidity, pH) of beverages and related materials
• Perform sensory analysis on bulks and finished product
• Inspect filling line quality (temperature, torque, weights, packaging)
• Verify sanitation procedures and conduct ATP swabbing
• Enter and maintain information in ERP (SAP) system
• Maintain batch records and retain area
• Support investigations of customer complaints as needed
