Job summary

Battle House Hotel and Spa, part of PCH Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Beverage Purchaser to manage liquor, beer, and wine procurement and inventory for our hospitality team. You’ll receive deliveries, verify invoices, maintain storeroom stock, rotate stock, and support event operations with weekly orders.

Proficiency with Excel for inventories is required, and adherence to Marriott Gold Standard/Renaissance Signature Series will guide daily service and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with beverage inventory and stock rotation.
• Ability to manage invoices and verify deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive beverage deliveries and verify invoices against goods received.
• Maintain stock levels (pars) of beer, liquor and wine across storerooms and outlets.
• Fill outlet requisitions following bottle-for-bottle standards and rotate stock.
• Rotate stock to remove out-of-date beverages and maintain clean storerooms.
• Keep accurate beverage inventories and use Excel for monthly counts.
• Prepare weekly beverage orders and support event operations requisitions.
• Schedule line cleaning for beer drafts and ensure security of storerooms.
